Arbejdspladsvurdering – APV

ARBEJDSMILJØHUSET har udarbejdet en lang række enkle og overskuelige APV-skemaer, skræddersyet til mange forskellige fag. Herudover er også APV-skema med særligt fokus på det psykiske arbejdsmiljø.

APV-skemaet skal revideres mindst hvert 3. år samt ved ændringer i forhold, som har betydning for arbejdsmiljøet. De ansatte skal inddrages i arbejdet med APV’en. Det udfyldte APV-skema opbevares på arbejdsstedet og skal være tilgængeligt for de ansatte. Vi vejleder gerne i udfyldelsen af APV-skemaet.
